Author & Illustrator Regina Tranfa

Regina Tranfa is an award winning children's book author and illustrator. With a background in Graphic Design, Regina enjoys combining her conceptual thinking skills with the beauty of the drawn line. She never intended to write and illustrate a children’s book, until one day the concept of “My Dad Took Me To Outer Space,” came into her head. Book #2, "My Dad Took Me To Dinosaur Land, " was released in Spring of 2023

* NH Makers Festival 2019

* 2019 Girls Scouts "Reach for the Moon Event" - I was invited to be a guest at this event after being approached at The NH Makers Festival. The head of the Girl Scout Activities Leader felt I was a strong role model for young girls and that my book went along with the theme of their event.

* Indie Author Day - Guest Speaker at Dover's Public Library

*2020 Story Monsters Inc, Royal Dragonfly Book Award Honorable Mention in the Picture Book 5 and Under Category. The Royal Dragon Fly Contest is a worldwide book competition that honors excellence in all types of literature and book marketing.

*2021 Story Monsters Inc, Purple Dragonfly Book Award Honorable Mention in the Picture Book 6 and Over Category and Best Illustrations. The Purple Dragon Fly Contest is a worldwide book competition that honors excellence in all types of children's literature and book marketing.

*2022 The Book Fest Awards An international competition that honors authors who create outstanding works of fiction and nonfiction. Second Place in both Children's Beginning Readers and Juvenile Bedtime & Dreams Category.
